Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Rabidi N.V. when you access or use the online gambling services made available through the website quickwin-bet.ca, as reviewed under the project name "Quick Win" (the "Site" or "Services"). By registering an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Services are operated from Curaçao under licence 8048/JAZ2020-001 issued by Antillephone N.V. to Rabidi N.V. (company number 151791, registered at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao). The Services are not licensed by any Canadian federal or provincial regulator, including iGaming Ontario, and are offered to Canadian players (outside Ontario) on a grey-market basis.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and replace any previous version applicable to quickwin-bet.ca in respect of Canadian users.

Definitions

  • Operator means Rabidi N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with registration number 151791 and registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curaçao, operating the Site under licence 8048/JAZ2020-001 issued by Antillephone N.V.
  • Website or Site means the domain quickwin-bet.ca and any associated mobile, tablet, or other online interfaces through which the Services are offered under the Quick Win project.
  • User, Player or you means any natural person who accesses the Site and/or opens and uses a real-money account.
  • We, us or our means the Operator and, where the context permits, its affiliated companies, payment processors and service providers acting on its behalf.
  • Account means a personal player account registered in your name with the Operator for the purpose of using the Services.
  • Services means online casino games, betting products, promotions and any related services offered on or via the Site.
  • Bet or Wager means any sum of money staked by you on the outcome of a game made available on the Site.
  • Balance means the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, including any credited winnings and excluding any restricted bonus funds.
  • Bonus means any promotional value (including bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashback or similar) credited to your Account subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus Balance means the portion of your Account comprising Bonus funds that are subject to wagering or other conditions prior to withdrawal.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) means identity and verification procedures required under anti-money-laundering and other applicable regulations.
  • Prohibited Jurisdiction means any country, province or territory where online gambling is illegal, restricted, or where the Operator does not hold the necessary licence, including but not limited to Ontario (Canada), Australia and Greece.
  • Applicable Law means the laws of Curaçao and any other mandatory consumer or gambling laws that cannot be lawfully excluded and that may apply to you based on your residence or location.

Account Registration

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age of majority required by the laws of your province, territory or country of residence, to open an Account and use the Services.
  • You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction. In particular:
    • the Services are not licensed by iGaming Ontario or any other Canadian regulator;
    • residents or persons located in the province of Ontario must not register or use the Services;
    • access from Australia and Greece may be blocked pursuant to local regulatory orders.
  • You confirm that online gambling is legal in your location and that you obtain any necessary approvals or tax advice at your own expense.

Registration Process

  • To open an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Site, providing accurate and complete personal information (such as full name, date of birth, residential address, email, and other requested data).
  • You may be required to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to you. The Operator may also require mobile telephone verification, where available.
  • You must create a secure password and, where offered, activate additional authentication features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse registration or to close an Account without obligation to provide a reason, to the extent allowed by Applicable Law.

Verification (KYC) and Source of Funds

  • The Operator may, at registration and at any time thereafter, request KYC documents, including but not limited to:
    • government-issued photo identification;
    • proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
    • proof of ownership of payment methods used; and
    • evidence of source of funds or wealth where required by anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Until satisfactory verification is completed, the Operator may restrict or block deposits, gameplay, bonuses, withdrawals and/or access to the Account.
  • If you fail to provide required information or documents within a reasonable timeframe, your Account may be suspended or closed and any Balance handled in accordance with these Terms and Applicable Law.

Account Obligations and Security

  • You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account is truthful, complete, and kept up to date.
  • You may hold only one Account with the Operator for the Site. Duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, and Bonuses and winnings may be cancelled.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your login credentials. You must not share your Account details with any third party or allow any third party to use your Account.
  • You must immediately notify the Operator via the contact channels available on the Site if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.
  • The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules

  • All Bets are placed in accordance with these Terms and the game-specific rules and information (including minimum and maximum stakes, payout tables and special features) displayed within each game or on relevant help pages.
  • Your Bet is accepted only once it has been confirmed by the Operator's servers. A Bet is deemed confirmed when it appears in your betting or game history on the Site.
  • You may place Bets only with funds that are actually credited to your Account Balance. Bets attempted with insufficient funds will not be accepted.
  • The Operator may impose minimum and maximum stake limits per game, per Bet, per day or other period. Such limits are displayed in the relevant game interface or cashier and may be changed at any time.

Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Once a Bet has been accepted and the game has started, you cannot cancel or modify that Bet.
  • In the event of a technical or system malfunction (including but not limited to misconfiguration, RNG failure, connectivity issues or incorrect display of results), the Operator may declare affected Bets void, cancel winnings, and restore your Balance to the state prior to the malfunction.
  • If, due to an error (technical or human), a game outcome, odds, payout or Balance is incorrectly credited, the Operator may adjust the Balance to the correct amount and void any transactions arising from such error. Any funds incorrectly credited are deemed not to belong to you and must be returned.
  • Where a game is interrupted (for example, due to network disconnection), the outcome will be determined based on the game records on the Operator's servers. You may review the final outcome using the game history feature where available.

Conduct, Fair Play and Prohibited Behaviour

  • You must not engage in any form of fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
    • using automated systems, bots or software to influence gameplay;
    • colluding with other players or third parties;
    • exploiting bugs, loopholes or obvious errors in the Site or games;
    • using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods;
    • money laundering or any activity in breach of anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Where games offer live chat or interaction features, you must behave respectfully and must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or threatening language, nor promote illegal activities or other gambling sites.
  • The Operator may suspend or close your Account, cancel Bets, confiscate Bonuses and winnings, and report suspicious behaviour to competent authorities or regulators where it reasonably suspects a breach of these rules.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") are offered at the Operator's discretion and may be subject to specific terms published on the Site ("Promotion Terms"). In case of conflict, the Promotion Terms prevail over this section.
  • Promotions are intended for recreational players only. The Operator may withhold or cancel Promotions where it reasonably suspects professional play, bonus abuse or promotional misuse.
  • Each Promotion may be available only once per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, or group of related accounts, as determined by the Operator.

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • The conditions for activating a Bonus (for example, minimum deposit or bonus code) and any wagering requirements, maximum bet per spin/round, game contribution percentages, and time limits will be clearly stated in the Promotion Terms.
  • Unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Terms:
    • Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn;
    • wagers placed with both real-money and Bonus funds may contribute to meeting wagering requirements in accordance with the rules indicated on the Site;
    • failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
  • The Operator may, at its discretion and subject to Applicable Law, remove or adjust any Bonus (and related winnings) where:
    • the Bonus was credited in error; or
    • you have breached these Terms or the Promotion Terms.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Specific games or categories (for example, certain table games, jackpots or low-risk bets) may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements or may contribute only partially. Such restrictions will be listed in the Promotion Terms or bonus rules section of the Site.
  • Prohibited practices in relation to Bonuses include, but are not limited to:
    • placing low-risk or opposite-bets to artificially meet wagering requirements;
    • delaying completion of game rounds (e.g., free spins or bonus features) to use them with cash instead of Bonus funds;
    • depositing and withdrawing immediately or in patterns that indicate Bonus abuse.
  • If the Operator reasonably concludes that you have engaged in Bonus abuse or high-risk promotional play, it may remove Bonuses, void associated winnings, and close or restrict your Account.

Combining Promotions

  • Only one active Bonus or Promotion may apply to your Account at any time unless explicitly permitted in the relevant Promotion Terms.
  • Bonuses cannot normally be combined or stacked. Where multiple promotions are available, you may be asked to select which one you wish to apply.
  • The Operator may restrict your eligibility for certain Promotions based on your country, currency, game selection, payment method, or previous promotional history.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposits

  • You may fund your Account using the payment methods displayed in the cashier section of the Site, which may include credit/debit cards, e-wallets, prepaid vouchers, bank transfers and, where available, cryptocurrencies processed via third-party payment service providers.
  • All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. The Operator may request evidence that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method used.
  • Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per payment method, or per period, as shown in the cashier and subject to change.
  • The Operator is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency conversion service.

Withdrawals

  • You may request withdrawals of available real-money funds in your Balance using the methods and subject to the limits displayed in the cashier.
  • Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for deposit. If this is not feasible, the Operator may choose an alternative method in consultation with you.
  • Withdrawal requests may be subject to:
    • KYC verification and source of funds checks;
    • anti-money-laundering screening, transaction monitoring and risk assessment;
    • internal review for Bonus abuse or irregular play.
  • The Operator aims to process withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any verification requirements. Actual receipt times may depend on third-party providers and are outside the Operator's control.

Limits, Fees and Refunds

  • The Operator may implement daily, weekly or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits and may adjust them in line with risk management and regulatory obligations. Current limits are displayed in the cashier or can be requested from customer support.
  • The Operator may charge reasonable processing fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods where stated clearly in the cashier or during the transaction process.
  • The Operator may decline or reverse transactions, freeze funds and/or close Accounts if it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, chargebacks, card misuse, or other irregular behaviour.
  • Refunds of Bets or Bonuses will be granted only where required by Applicable Law or where the Operator determines that a game outcome was affected by a technical error or malfunction. In such cases, the Operator may void the affected Bets and restore your Balance to its state prior to the error.
  • You acknowledge that, as a privately held company in Curaçao, the Operator does not publish audited financial statements and that player funds may not be held in segregated accounts. In the event of insolvency, there is a risk that you may lose some or all of your Balance.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • The Operator endeavours to:
    • provide the Services with reasonable skill and care;
    • ensure that games operate substantially as described in their rules and pay tables;
    • maintain accurate records of Bets, game outcomes and Account Balances.
  • Games are provided by third-party software suppliers licensed to the Operator. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator relies on such suppliers for the functioning and fairness of the games.

Exclusions of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
    • any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
    • technical failures, interruptions, delays or malfunctions of the Site, servers, software, or internet connection;
    • any loss of data, Bets or winnings caused by system or communication errors;
    • incorrect, delayed or corrupted data transmission between your device and the Operator's systems;
    • any actions or omissions of third-party service providers (including payment providers and game suppliers);
    • losses arising from viruses, malware or other harmful components affecting your device, provided the Operator has implemented reasonable security measures.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment, internet connection and software are compatible with the Site and for maintaining adequate anti-virus and security safeguards.

Limitation of Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.
  • Subject to the preceding paragraph, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise arising out of or in connection with any Bet, game or transaction, shall be limited to the lesser of:
    • the amount of the stake, Bet or wager placed by you and directly affected by the incident giving rise to the claim; or
    • the amount of your Balance at the time of such incident.
  • The Operator shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages, loss of profits, business, revenue, opportunity, data, or goodwill, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All intellectual property rights in and to the Site and the Services, including but not limited to software, source code, algorithms, databases, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, domain names, audio-visual content and user interfaces, are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
  • You must not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:
    • copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works from any part of the Site or software;
    • remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices;
    • use any automated system or software to extract or harvest data from the Site.
  • Any unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property may result in termination of your Account and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is collected and processed when you register an Account, use the Services, participate in Promotions, or interact with the Site and customer support.
  • The Operator processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site and forms an integral part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, with whom it may be shared, and your rights in relation to your data.
  • By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence (including Curaçao and other locations where the Operator or its service providers are based), and that such jurisdictions may have different data protection standards.
  • The Operator endeavours to comply with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, Canadian privacy legislation (such as PIPEDA or substantially similar provincial laws) and the laws of Curaçao, to the extent they apply to its operations.

Changes to Terms

  • The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical updates, business needs or improvements to the Services.
  • Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by:
    • posting an updated version of the Terms on the Site; and/or
    • displaying a notice or banner upon login; and/or
    • sending an email to the address registered to your Account.
  • Any updated Terms will specify an effective date not earlier than the date of publication and in any event no later than 31 December 2026 for updates planned within that period.
  • If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Balance, subject to these Terms.
  • Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by You

  • You may close your Account at any time by following the procedures available on the Site or by contacting customer support through the channels indicated on quickwin-bet.ca.
  • Upon closure, any available Balance (excluding Bonuses and funds subject to restriction or investigation) will be paid out to you, subject to KYC, anti-money-laundering checks and applicable withdrawal limits and fees.

Suspension or Termination by the Operator

  • The Operator may suspend, restrict or close your Account, and withhold or confiscate funds, where it reasonably believes that:
    • you have breached these Terms or any Promotion Terms;
    • you have provided false, incomplete or misleading information;
    • you are underage or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction (including Ontario, Australia or Greece);
    • you have engaged in fraud, Bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
    • your Account has been used by a third party or for non-personal or commercial purposes;
    • there are chargebacks, payment disputes or significant financial risk.
  • Where practicable and not prohibited by law or regulatory duties, the Operator will notify you of any suspension or closure and the reasons for it.
  • Upon permanent closure for a breach of these Terms, any Balance may be forfeited or treated in accordance with Applicable Law and regulatory obligations. Where closure is not due to your breach, eligible funds will be paid out to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms, their subject matter and formation, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under the laws of your province, territory or country of residence.
  • You acknowledge that the Operator is licensed in Curaçao under licence 8048/JAZ2020-001 issued by Antillephone N.V., and that the Services are provided from Curaçao to Canadian users (outside Ontario) on a cross-border, grey-market basis.
  • If you have a complaint or dispute, you should first contact the Operator's customer support via the contact methods published on quickwin-bet.ca and follow any internal complaints procedure.
  • If, after exhausting the Operator's internal complaints process, your dispute remains unresolved, you may:
    • submit a complaint to the licensing authority's dispute email [email protected] (Antillephone N.V.), providing all relevant details; and/or
    • optionally seek assistance from third-party complaint platforms such as [email protected], which operate independently of the Operator.
  • Subject to any alternative dispute resolution procedures imposed or recognised by the Curaçao regulator, any legal proceedings against the Operator shall be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts, without prejudice to any rights you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction where this cannot be lawfully excluded.
